Schreiber Receives Industry Award For Excellence in Advertising

 The award – one of only seven given each year – was presented to Schreiber President Thacher Worthen on October 14 at the 2009 WEF Citation of Excellence in Advertising Awards reception, held during the 82nd annual Water Environment Federation Technical Exhibition and Conference in Orlando, Florida.

 The winning ad, featuring the applications, features and benefits of Schreiber’s compressible Fuzzy Filter® media filtration system, appeared in the September 2008 issue of WE&T. The award was given in recognition of “outstanding contribution to the water environment field through the effective and original presentation of equipment and services.” Judging criteria included the level to which an advertisement “[fulfilled] the reader’s need for information” and “[kept] info well-organized and easy to read.”
